Éva is the New York-based Founder, CEO & Creative Director of maude.

With a relentless curiosity and drive to change the status quo, Éva has been working since she was 14.

After studying marketing in New York, Éva returned to California and spent her early career as a legislative aide in healthcare at the California Medical Association and then pivoted to agency and in-house marketing and ecommerce roles for clients and companies including The Natural Resources Defense Council, ADIDAS Y-3 and SLVR, and Josie Maran Cosmetics.

In 2012, she joined the early team at Everlane where she solely built out their social media, culture, and talent strategies and then went on consult on brand, web design, and social for clients including Steven Alan, Compass, and Squarespace as part of of their Circle program. In 2015, she co-founded her first company, Tinker Watches, with her husband, Ian, and designer Luke Ragno.
